The Coaching Process

We offer a 90-day coaching package that is custom-designed for each client’s unique needs.   Each coaching package includes six 1-hour consultations and unlimited e-mails between consultations.  

Many Career Coaches specialize in executive coaching, and their rates reflect that.  As we specialize in mid and early career professionals, you will find that our rates are very competitive compared to most Career Coaches.  Rates will be discussed in greater detail during the free 30-minute exploratory meeting.

Active clients will be eligible for rate credits for referring colleagues, family, and friends.

We will help you create a professional and compelling resume and cover letter that highlights your skills and experience. We will also provide feedback on how to tailor your application materials to specific job postings.
