Workplace Counseling
Do you have a workplace concern that you are contemplating discussing with HR, but would like to have the confidence of it staying private? This is your opportunity!
This package will:
- Provide you with the opportunity to confidentially “talk with HR” without the discussion going on any company records
- Focus on your interests, rather than the interests of your employer. Remember that HR departments work for the employer!
- Guide you through workplace issues including interpersonal issues, problems with your supervisor, unfavorable performance reviews, performance improvement plans, harassment, discrimination, investigations, negotiating severance packages, and separations
- Guide you through the complicated process of applying for and receiving unemployment insurance
The package includes:
- Free initial 30-minute no-obligation exploratory meeting
- Unlimited meetings and e-mails
- 2-week agreement. Agreement can be extended for additional fees as needed.
- Minimum of 1 hour of time billed. Subsequent time is charged in 15 minute increments.
- Option to end at any time
This package is currently billed at the rate of $65/hour, invoiced weekly. Rate includes the time spent in consultation meetings, research, and e-mail correspondence.
